What types of prints do you offer?

We offer fine art prints in three formats: matte poster prints, canvas prints, and framed prints. All are printed on premium materials using archival inks for long-lasting colour.

What sizes are available?

Our prints are available in a range of standard sizes from 21×30 cm (A4) up to 100×140 cm. You can select your preferred size directly on each product page.

Where are the prints made?

All prints are produced by Gelato, our trusted print-on-demand partner with production facilities across Europe and worldwide. This means your print is produced close to you, reducing delivery times and environmental impact.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within Europe. International orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days. All orders are printed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to over 100 countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Is there free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €150.

Can I return or exchange my print?

Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement.

My print arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@ateliermarbella.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Are the prints ready to hang?

Framed prints arrive ready to hang. Poster and canvas prints require a frame or hanging system of your choice. We recommend frames from IKEA (SILVERHÖJDEN, RÖDALM) or similar as they fit our standard sizes perfectly.

Do you offer custom prints or commissions?

We occasionally take on custom commissions. If you have a special request — a location, a colour palette, or a bespoke piece — get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
