Shipping
All Atelier Marbella prints are made to order and produced by our partner Gelato, with production facilities across Europe and worldwide. Your order is printed close to your delivery address to minimise transit time and environmental impact.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of purchase.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery within Europe: 3–7 business days.
International delivery: 5–12 business days.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €150.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
As all prints are produced on demand specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ateliermarbella.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo clearly showing the damage or defect
We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost to you.
